COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors HW20V2E2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Us-Electrical-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Unitrol-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vacon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Electrical-Motors such as the U5E1DC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9180TM800E manufactured by Unitrol-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Unitrol-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NXP0725A2H0SSSA1A2 by Manufacturer Vacon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Uni-lift Brand ELE01000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by U.s.-Motors such as HW5V3E2 equipment made by U.s.-Motors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire U.s.-Motors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "U.s.-Motors" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GP2ARY made by Ulvac as well as the popular 41097U original spares produced by Valmet Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LPVAP920SMD9 by Up-Unipo and HW5V3E2 spares by U.s.-Motors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMP234 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vaisala. |
